Nine artists, one element. A sampler built around titanium — the metal of implants and rockets, of things that outlast the body that carried them. Every track here treats the same obsession from a different corner of the label's imagination.

The Device

Meant to be heard on a Sony PS-F9 — the flamingo that stands the record up on its edge and reads it with linear tracking. The device is the interface; the notes are the sleeve.

Titanium remembers the shape it was bent into. So does a good sampler.
